Restocking fee for Canceled orders

Canceled orders will incur a 5% restocking fee. This fee covers the credit card processing fees our small business pays on both the order and the refund. The fee is calculated in USD based on the total order value, inclusive of shipping. 

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items are not eligible for returns nor are Tot Boxes or items provided within them. 

To start a return by logging-in to your account and selecting the item from your order which will create a return request for our team to review. If your return is accepted, we can send you a return shipping label for $8 USD or at cost, whichever is greater. If you would like to ship the item back yourself, please contact us for instructions on how and where to send your package - we highly recommend using a tracked service with insurance as we are not responsible for the item until it arrives with us. We do not cover the cost of your return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returns are issued as store credit. We do not refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes paid by the buyer are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must provide photos of the damaged item as well as photos of the delivered packaging so that we can file a claim. Claims without photos will be denied. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved. All refunds are issued as store credit; we do not refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
