Sun and Moon Magic Spinning Top

The brightest star, the sun, or our natural satellite, the moon, on a special top. Once spun, it magically turns upside down and reveals our sun or moon! 

The magic spinning top or tippe top is a very special toy. When spun at a sufficient speed, it inverts itself upside down and spins on its stalk. It is an object that has fascinated children and adults for more than 100 years. It was designed by a German nurse, Helene Sperl, in 1898.

The wood and materials are all locally sourced and produced. Sustainable, ethical and environmentally friendly materials.
